The apartment was perfect for our needs as bike riders with its well-equipped kitchen and cosy bedrooms. the upper floor gave us a taste of traditional Scottish home life. Everything was impeccably clean, and the owners and their family made us feel at home. the central location was ideal, and the two sitting areas were a bonus.
Felt incredibly well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

The location was absolutely incredible, right next to the stunning cathedral. The living space was spotlessly clean and had two cozy sofa areas that made relaxation a breeze. The host family was extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided and there were shops within easy walking distance. It was the perfect base for our three-night stay. We are definitely eager to return to this amazing destination!

The flat at the Pally was fantastic! Immaculately clean, comfortable, well stocked, and in a great location within walking distance to the main area of Kirkwall. the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at the charming Pally - Behind 13 Palace Road Villa. The central location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the town and enjoy views of the cathedral from my room. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend this lovely villa for a delightful stay in Kirkwall.

The staff helped me find my lost bracelet on my first visit. This place has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, kitchen utensils, TV. Perfect for weekends. No pets, no smoking. I keep coming back. No regrets.

The location of the Pally was perfect, right in the center of Kirkwall. the accommodation was roomy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was warm and cozy, making it a comfortable stay. the kitchen was well-equipped, and we even received a welcome gift of local treats. the hosts, Jemma and Pete, were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us when we had a flat tire on our rental car. They connected us with a reliable tire service that promptly fixed our issue. We were able to come and go as we pleased, and the check-in and check-out times were convenient for our travel plans. a fantastic experience!

We stayed at a superb location, just next to the cathedral. the living space at Pally - Behind 13 Palace Road was very clean and spacious, with two sofa areas that made it easy to relax. the host family was incredibly approachable and welcoming. They provided everything we needed for our stay, and shops were conveniently within walking distance. It was the perfect base for our three-night stay in Orkney. We definitely want to return. Cons: Nothing, everything was great! 👍.

The towels provided were so luxurious, it was like wrapping myself in clouds. I felt like a queen lounging on the Scapa Beach, only 2.8 km away. Kirkwall Airport was so conveniently close, it practically had a red carpet waiting for me.
Oh, I simply can't complain about a thing. It was all just too perfect.

The bed and breakfast is in a nice and central location, making it convenient for exploring the town center and accessing transportation. the hosts were welcoming and provided a warm and comfortable atmosphere. the breakfast served each morning was hot and delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't quite enjoy. the rooms were not as clean as I had hoped, with some areas appearing dusty and overlooked.

amazing stay in a central location, comfy and clean with lovely decor, exceeded expectations. Gemma and Paul were friendly and welcoming, made us feel at home. Loved the Orkney biscuits and fudge. Will definitely return!
